Marcella Palmer is the founder and CEO of M.INK Productions® LLC, and a Co-founder and President of StringStream Media LLC.

In addition to being an entrepreneur, Marcella is a journalist whose career has spanned 16 years. She has reported and anchored for CBS MarketWatch, CBS 2 News, and BET Nightly News.

Prior to her journalistic endeavors, Marcella held positions at Dun & Bradstreet and the Better Business Bureau.

She is a graduate of Rutgers University.

SHEA MAULTSBY - IFV Executive Producer   

Shea Maultsby is the COO and CFO of M.INK Productions® LLC, and a Co-founder and Vice President of StringStream Media LLC.

In addition to being an entrepreneur, Shea spent over 20 years as an Actuary specializing in Pension and Retirement Consulting for organizations including: Aon Consulting, Buck Consultants, and PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Shea is a graduate of Cornell University.

JEAN LEE - IFV Correspondent   

In her 16 years as a broadcast journalist, Jean Lee has covered a wide range of business and financial news topics from telecommunications to biotechnology, as well as the financial markets.

Jean brings to IFV a wealth of experience, having researched and reported on the management and performance of small businesses. She has also interviewed Fortune 500 CEO's at newsrooms including The Wall Street Journal Online, CBS MarketWatch and Bloomberg.

She is also currently a contributor to Town & Country Philippines Edition, writing for its Wealth section.

Jean is a graduate of the Broadcast Journalism program at New York University.

RAMON RAY - IFV Correspondent   

Ramon Ray is a journalist, technology evangelist, editor of Smallbiztechnology.com and author of "Technology Solutions for Growing Businesses".

Ramon co-produces the Annual Small Business Summit (since 2006), produces the Taste of Technology Small Business Series, is a speaker (including Inc 500) and is often quoted in the media, including Entrepreneur Magazine, Inc Magazine, WSJ and The NY Times.

Ramon is a former technology consultant with years of hands on experience in building networks, installing software, upgrading computers, configuring mobile technology and supporting the technology small businesses use on a daily basis.

Ramon is a graduate of the New York Institute of Technology.

Phil “Fivel” Rothberg - IFV DP & VOX! blog Contributor    

Phil “Fivel” Rothberg comes to IFV News with over 10 years of experience as a producer, editor and film programmer for community-based organizations and independent projects.

He works with M.INK Productions® LLC as a videographer, editor and contributor to IFV VOX! blog. He is also directing a short autobiographical documentary about being a young single father.

Fivel graduated from Temple University and is currently completing his MFA at Hunter College’s Integrated Media Arts program.
