What's "Your View" on the recent MoneyTree Report - Venture Capital Investment Plummets in 1st Quarter of 2009 to 12 Year Low?

The MoneyTree Report is a quarterly study of venture capital investment activity in the U.S. It is a collaboration between PricewaterhouseCoopers and the National Venture Capital Association based on data from Thomson Reuters.

A 1st Quarter 2009 press release says during January through March 2009, investments from venture capitalists decreased in every major industry sector and dropped to its lowest dollar amount since 1997.
